Kotpetara – komitet rozwoju wsi w zachodniej części Nepalu w strefie Mahakali w dystrykcie Baitadi^[1]. Według nepalskiego spisu powszechnego z 2001 roku liczył on 907 gospodarstw domowych i 5483 mieszkańców (2752 kobiet i 2731 mężczyzn)^[2].
